Duties:

• Report to General Manager

• Handle full set of accounts

• Prepare monthly reports and financial statement

• Prepare inventory reports and sales analysis reports

• Control and monitor accounts receivable and payable

• Implement Company’s policy and procedures and report to General Manager for any non-compliances

• Liaise with bank and auditors

• Prepare daily cash flow

• Perform ad hoc duties as directed including office administration matters, liaison with IT consultant

• Enhancement of ERP system with IT consultant

• Visit factory at least once per month for audit purpose

Requirement:

•  Diploma in Accountancy / Finance with ACCA level 2

• At least 5 years’ working experience in Accounting field and with audit experience will be an advantage

• Strong communication skill and reporting

• Highly self-motivated, organized and independent

• Fluent in both written and spoken English

• Proficiency PC skills especially in excel and accounting software

• Immediately available is preferred
