Responsibilities :

• Responsible for production strategies and activities, ensuring stable production output and quality.
• Manage and develop staff – grow, develop and retain the team in order to meet operation needs / business growth.

Requirements :

• F.5 / F.6 or above.
• Min. 5 years working experience in screen print and high frequency production.
• Strong in production process, inspection and quality control.
• Closely work and share information with teammate and other teams.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, organized decision maker with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, capable to work under pressure and meet tight schedule.
• Good command in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in PC application and MS Office.
