Job Responsibilities

1. Provide leadership and effective management to the Merchandising Team, Sample Room, Production Line and QA Team.
2. Direct and oversee the Quality Assurance Function: inspections, factory technical audits, product development reviews, quality/claim investigations.
3. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure to accommodate the growth objectives of our organization.
4. Develops and maintains working relationships both with internal departments and with external clients and vendors.
5. Lead Key outsources garment vendor and price negotiation
6. Bulk production planning and management
7. Develop, implement and manage a system of metrics to measure and report the performance and effectiveness of both the Quality and Ethical organization.
8. Adjust the workmanship in Sample Room and Production line to help the order route smoothly.
9. Train and develop a quality organization. Carry out disciplinary action if necessary.
10. Resolve Problems and providing technical advice on product to support Design Team
11. Manage the production of technical specification package to communicate requirements for fit and construction from concept through to bulk production.
12. Develop & Implement sourcing strategies, effective material plans, cost and inventory control strategies

Job Requirements              

1. 15 years of quality assurance, sample room and product development and merchandising  experience
2. Diploma or above in textile / Clothing
3. Must have great management skills with minimum of 8 years in managerial level.
4. Results orientated with a strong operational background.
5. Experience leading a team of people (over 80 staff).
6. Good command of written & spoken English, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
7. Capable to drive changes with strong management and leadership skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Strong negotiation and influencing skills
10. Well organized and independent to prioritize and meet deadlines
11. Must be an energetic and enthusiastic team player
12. Frequently travel / station in China
