Responsibilities:

• Provide all-round support to Merchandising Department
  - Assist in product sourcing, development and quotation
  - Follow up sample development and projects
  - Communicate with suppliers directly
  - Prepare reports, data input, filing and other administrative support
• Ensure the showroom ready for meetings at all times
• Perform general duties in the office and provide support to ad hoc projects
• Some outdoor work is required

Requirements:

• Certificate in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 1 years relevant work experience in manufacturing field/SME companies
• Knowledge in production process of plastic, stainless steel is an advantage
• Self-motivated, hard working, organized, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Good analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is preferred
• Applicants with less experience may consider for Sales Assistant
