Responsibilities

• Work within a teams to carry out continuous improvement in work or production process
• Study the process, do analysis and make recommendations to streamline the process as well as eliminate the unnecessary work
• Benchmark the similar industry in carrying out the continuous improvement programmes
• Work with production and quality departments to set KPIs and review their performance
• Work with other departments to develop and train staffs for continuous growth

Requirements

• Graduate in PIE, IE, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry with experience in execution of Continuous Improvement
• Strong knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma and other related practices
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, 14000, TS16949, TL9000 and so on
• Good leadership, influencing, analytical, interpersonal, communication skills and execution
• Good command of written and spoken of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Station at Dongguan Plant
