Our clients is a USA Buying Office, over 500 staff in Hong Kong.

Jobs Description:

1. Direct deal with oversea designer for the sample development
2. Manage strategic planning development on fall spectrum of specific products, strategic planning
3. Responsible for all new products development
4. Oversee production plan and schedule, material and products quality to ensure
   smooth operations flow and on-time delivery
5. Supervise  20 staff merchandising team
6. Conduct the vendor management such as the evaluation of vendor capacity and standard
7. Maintain the competitive terms & price with suppliers/vendors
8. Formulate the cost-effective and optimal order management
9. Evaluate and analyze the T&A plan according to the company satisfaction
10. Identify and analyses problems and propose solution
11. Optimize the business profit margin by streamlining the logistics cost and ensuring the on-time delivery schedule.

 Job Requirement:

1. Degree or above of relevant subjects in textiles and clothing;
2. At least 8 working experience in related field
3. With experience in Buying office & USA market is an advantage
4. With experience in handling WOVEN item is a must
5. Proficient in PC application and knowledge in Chinese word processing
6. Good command of English and Mandarin
7. Well organized and able to work independently
8. Excellent presentation, problem-solving and price negotiation skills
9. Immediate available preferred
