POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and guide the development and execution of the companies quality system and exceed both the company and customers requirements
• Be the interface of production/sourcing/sales and development to enhance the manufacturing process
• Provide insight into supplier management decisions including vendor selection and vendor assessment
• Provide advice and solutions on technical and quality issues
• Lead, manage and plan the development and manufacture process so that all products comply with current and future safety standards
• Understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions
• Work with customers for quality feedback and drive continuous improvement
• Manage QA teams with manpower allocated in China
• Identify product quality risk and develop solution plans
• Able to create and manage the budget for the Quality Assurance department
• Skillful in dealing with quality matters and developing quality improvement plans
• Able to deal with and motivate all levels of people within the organization
• Competent in dealing with quality related matters in product testing, sourcing, production, engineering and others.
• Have strong determination and persistence to achieve business goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Quality Management or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control /Assurance at a high level.
• Previous experience in toy/sport manufacturing sectors with global operation experience preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English are required.
