Job Responsibilities:

• Lead new product development / existing product improvement and manages the whole development cycle, from prototyping to mass production.
  

• Coordinate and facilitate the project / product development among customers, sales & marketing team, factories and product creation team.

• Drive activities with the team members to meet each milestones (schedule, quality and cost)

• Review the feasibility and reliability of products and quality control plans.

• Implementation of all project / product development key processes including engineering documents, design change control, project status...etc.

• Provide input to driver improvements.

• Provide regular, comprehensive and accurate project status report (with quality, risk planning...etc) to ensure project progress is shared among all relevant project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Problem solver.

• Degree / Diploma holder in engineering with at least 3-5 years of project management / product development working experience in ODM / OEM consumer electronics or plastic & metal industry.

• Experience in Audio / Headphone products is an advantage.

• Aggressive, self-motivated, proficient knowledge in project management and problem solving skills with exposure in factory production is a must.

• Excellent communication and tactful skills in cross function matrix environment.

• Ability to work under pressure. Hard-working and upwardly oriented, personnel with assertive and aggressive attitude towards career. 

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in spoken Mandarin required.

• Station in Hong Kong with occasional travel to Shenzhen.

• Immediate availability is preferred.

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Engineer.
