Responsibilities:

• Cost negotiation with vendors and customers

• Issue the purchase order & follow-up the materials delivery schedule

• Find the alternative sources to reduce the cost

• Report the latest materials status to supervisor/manager

• Assist supervisor/manager to make any improvement related to procurement job activities

• Prepare the contractual documents to new vendors

Requirements:

• Willing to learn

• High proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Team player with good communication skills
