Job Responsibilities

• Assist manager to manage the meeting schedules and concerned follow-up tasks.
• Help manager in handling projects and business activities.
• Independently handle correspondences, organization meeting and take minutes
• Complete given assignments independently and professionally within a tight schedule.
• Assist management to develop and implement systems to improve operation efficiency and productivity.
• Liaise with internal & external parties on business as well as personal matters proactively & independently.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above
• 2+ years of working experience 
• Possess character of friendliness, enthusiasm, honest and with strong common sense.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Well versed in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, experience taking meeting minutes with shorthand skill is highly preferred
• Able to multi-task, prioritise workload, able to work independently and overtimes
• Immediately available or available in short notice is highly preferred
