• Graduate in Fashion / Textiles or related discipline
• At least 8 years relevant experience, of which minimum 3 years should be in the similar or management position
• Working experience in International Retailer or sizable Buying Office is highly preferable
• Strong leadership, supervisory, negotiation and motivation skills
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure
• Fluent in written and spoken English
