Responsibilities:

• Develop the material and supply chain support strategy
• Participate in the selection of EMS / Contract Manufacturing partners to support the rapid business growth
• Implement supplier-sourcing strategies to ensure high quality, on time delivery and cost competitiveness
• Responding to customer inquiries on schedule and delivery options
• Identify and facilitate the implementation of process and supply chain changes that will improve the efficiency and profitability
• Provide remedies and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Degree in business management, engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline
• 7 - 10 years experience in supply chain management and operations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Proven negotiation and contracting skills in commercial environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
