Areas of Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the China based quality assurance and control team
• Training of quality team
• Administrative control of the team
• Interface with customers, factories and merchandising teams to ensure quality standards are achieved
• Conduct defective analysis and implement corrective and preventative action plans
• Perform factory evaluations
• Define product specifications and quality standards
• Report to Director

Requirements :

• Degree holder with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken & written)
• At least 10-15 years working experience with at least 5 years of China Quality team management
• Strong product knowledge in consumer hardline products such as toys, seasonal, consumer electronics, gifts, etc.
• Familiar with USA and European standards, experience with USA retailers a plus
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Positive attitude and detail minded
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Willing to travel as required

We offer a 5-day work per week, medical and an attractive package to the right candidate. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
