LADIES GARMENT IN TSUEN WAN

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop new Trims & Packaging trend, liaison with New York office designers
• Follow up the Samples, Proto, SMS & Bulk Production WIP
• Daily communicate with designers, suppliers and garment vendors on product workability, price negotiation, capacity planning, lead time, problem solving and quality evaluation
• Co-operate with vendor management and material divisions to fulfill the time-line on SMS & bulk production
• Monitor the Trims & Packaging testing and product integrity
• Guide & provide solutions to suppliers, keep aligning them to achieve global standards
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Department Manager

Requirements:

• Post-secondary with 5 years of experiences in garment industry is preferable
• Experience in US buying office is preferable
• Experience on trims (Lace, Elastic, embroidery, label, Hangtag, Packing materials) for ladies sleepwear development & production is a must
• Good network with suppliers in Mainland China, as well as overseas vendors
• Detail oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Prefer Immediately available
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser
