Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide clerical support for Production Dept. including data entry and filing etc.
Support Production Dept. on day-to-day operation and maintain accurate records
Responsible for any ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

Form 5 or above with 1 year experience, familiar in Miscosoft Dynamics AX is an advantage
A self-motivated, well-organized and responsible person can work under pressure
Good Chinese and English language skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
Fast and accurate word processing (Chinese/English)
Immediate available is highly preferable
