Responsibilities:

• To supervise and monitor the daily operations perform by the internal accessories team and merchandising team
• To maintain effective communication with the clients and vendors to ensure that the updated market information can be acquired and delivered
• To deal with clients / vendors and suggest corrective actions to address possible problems when identified
• To implement, monitor and review the internal control and purchasing systems in accordance with the Group’s policies and factories’ requirements to ensure that the bulk order can be delivered within schedule
• To perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Accessories Purchasing Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with certificate in purchasing / merchandising is preferred
• Minimum 4 years' solid experience preferably in garment / apparel manufacturing, with at least 1 year at supervisory level. Candidate with less experiences will be consider as Senior Purchasing Officer
• Sound product knowledge at the entire production process of garment / apparel
• Excellent negotiation skills, mature and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to station in Guangdong Province, PRC
• Immediate available is highly preferred
