- University graduate

- 5 to 8 years in Sales & Marketing and Program Management

- Minimum 3 years in managerial position

- Experience in consumer electronics industry particularly in EMS sector

- Engineering background with solid manufacturing knowhow and hands on experience in LED products preferable

- Good communications skill to all parties and able to manage a team and handle multinational customers independently.

- Aggressive and keen in developing new business and maintain good relationship with customers

- Good command in both written and spoken English as well as Putonghua

- Stationing in our Dongguan factory is required
