Responsibilities

• To work independently with various parties such as overseas customers and vendors, production teams and regional counterparts to resolve critical issues arising from merchandising, production work flow, product & trims quality, shipment delivery, etc in order to secure smooth production and timely delivery
• Prepare sample development and follow up bulk production for assigned brand(s)
• Prepare merchandising information such as cost sheets, purchase orders and relevant document
• Coordinate with QA and/or Technical team on sample process, production orders and delivery status etc
• Facilitate order placement process with suppliers

Requirements

• Form 5 graduates or above
• 4+ years experience in intimates industry
• Well organized, accurate, good communication skill and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS office (especially Excel)
• Good command in English (Both spoken & written)
• Immediate available highly preferred
