Job Description:

• Design, set up and monitor the production lines to ensure the flow is efficient and effective
• Drive for continuous improvement in manufacturing process to optimize productivity and quality excellence
• Trouble shooting on technical issues
• Implement Lean concepts in manufacturing process and administration process
• Conduct training to front line engineers, workers and other members
• Develop and implement cost saving programs  
• Study and make recommendation of suitable methods and equipments to cope with company’s direction in automation
• Perform ad hoc assignments by management 

Requirements:

• Holder of Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related disciplines
• At least 5 years experience in manufacturing field, experience in manufacturing engineering functions or process development/improvement is essential
• Experience in paper products, toys, gift and premium industrial is an advantage
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is an advantage
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, and communications skills
• Result oriented, track record in execution
• Work independently, and leading a small team
• Good command of written English and Chinese, and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese
• Stationed in Dongguan
