Shipping Officer / Senior Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities 

• Coordinate with CS/customers/forwarders/couriers to arrange shipments
• Prepare full set of  I/E & L/C documents
• Support the urgent shipment inquiries and follow up the delivery
• Verify the forwarder invoices for any abnormal charge
• Handle import/export declaration, scan shipping documents
• Willing to accept the ad-hoc tasks

 Requirements 

• F.5 or above, with at least 5 years shipping experience
• Familiar in Tradelink Operations
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Word, Outlook, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Pleasant personality, hardworking and willing to work overtime
