Under the supervision of the Purchasing Manager, performs functions related to the processing of purchase orders and assist purchasing manager to purchase raw material and services for the Company.

Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing suppliers and ask for quotation.

2. Prepares purchasing order, processes purchasing procedure and schedule delivery.

3. Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.

4. Perform data entering and analyzing. Maintains a filing system in the purchase department. Updates appropriate records when required.

5. Prepare, maintain, store and review purchasing files, reports and related documents according to ISO management standard.

6. Review purchasing requisition and prepare monthly budget.

7. Perform other duties may be assigned by management to meet business needs.

Requirements:

1. F.7/DSE above

2. One to two years’ experience in purchasing, logistics and/or related areas.

3. Fluent in Mandarin with the ability to communicate clearly.

4. Computer literate, good at Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook).

5. Ability to develop and maintain reliable and accurate records.

6. Ability to work effectively with Minimum supervision.

7. Ability to organize work and set priorities.

8. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

9. Positive attitude and the ability to work with others.
