Job Description
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle daily accounting operation in A/P & G/L
- Handle full set of books of small companies
- Provide clerical support to the Accounts Department
- Prepare accounting schedules and bank reconciliation, etc
- Assist in preparing reports on timely basis
- Perform other ad hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Form 5 or above
- LCC Level 3 or above
- With three years relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel is a must (Oracle application is preferable)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Attentive to details, self-motivated and has strong sense of responsibility
- Immediately available is preferred
Candidates with less experience and qualification may be considered for the Accounts Clerk position.
