Responsibilities:

• Explore and plan professional conference & concurrent events
• Design event content and sponsorship scheme
• Recruitment of speakers, sponsors and participants
• Explore international associations and potential partners
• Prepare marketing plan and promotion materials
• Recruitment of relevant prospects and buyers for assigned exhibitions

Requirements:

• Degree holder with min 2 years working experience (candidate with more experience may consider the position of Senior Conference Executive and least experience may consider Project Coordinator)
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, CorelDraw, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing, Photoshop, etc)
• Good team player, outgoing, detail minded and flexible
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin

• Able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of trade fairs will be an advantage
