Job Description:

• Assist in the development and execution on all marketing programs, promotions, CRM programs.
• Coordinate promotion events such as counter animation, customer events and area promotions.
• Work closely with trade partners to well execute trade programs.
• Develop and maintain marketing collaterals and promotional materials for marketing communications (product brochures, DMs, etc.).
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution on all marketing programs.
• Closely monitor competitive activities and market trends for marketing planning.
• Identify new market opportunities to derive appropriate marketing collaborations and joint promotions.
• Update and maintain the company website and facebook page.
• Manage and monitor the performance of online advertising activities.
• Implement and maintain soft VM in retail stores, ensuring compliance with the regional guidelines.
• Prepare monthly reports and keep track of post-campaign analysis for future planning.
• Facilitate the budget process. 

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in product marketing, in FMCG or luxury retail.
• Proactive, strategic thinking, good business sense, good numerical sense, attention to details, able to work under pressure.
• Good analytical, presentation & interpersonal skill.
• A good team player with ability to perform multi-tasks.
• Attain a good understanding of the cosmetics market and possesses a good sense in beauty.
• Proficient in MS office and strong command of both Chinese and English language.
