What are my accountabilities? 

• Be part of a flexible, agile team ready to drive projects to grow regional subscriptions and publications across strategic cities in Asia.
• Scope, plan and deliver projects as required by the business.
• Create and deliver project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
• Apply best practice project methodology.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
• Work with colleagues across the relevant business units to define and document questions, liaise with business to understand new requirements and explain feasibility.
• Submit regular project status reports to stakeholders; anticipates and reacts to change.
• Balance short term delivery targets and marketing campaign requirements with longer term development of efficient customer contact processes.

What do you need from me? 

• Previous experience of having managed a project from start to finish within a marketing or customer facing environment.
• Strong commercial/business awareness to contribute to improving profitability.
• Experience in Events and managing spend vs budget.
• Experience managing project scope in complex and dynamic environments.
• Self-motivated.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Influencer with a proven ability to get things done through others.
• Recognition that operational roles of this nature involve some element of weekend oversight, plus unscheduled incident and crisis management.
• Regional travel may be required to relevant contact centres
