Requirements:

• Applicants should be educated to degree level (or equivalent);
• Have some previous experience in a commercial conference, research or sales role within a business to business environment;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin preferably;
• Proven research and analytical skills; effective time management; strong commercial acumen;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Hong Kong based conference production team;
• Be responsible for the research and production of enterprise IT conferences within HK and Mainland China;
• Involve extensive primary telephone and face-to-face research with industry contacts to develop cutting-edge conference programs;
• Source and recruit c-level speakers for B2B conferences;
• Liaise with speakers, sponsors and other stakeholders involved in the conference
• Effective project management of a portfolio of events from inception to completion;
• Work closely with our editorial, sales, marketing and logistics teams to ensure the commercial success of our conferences.
• Research and write commercially attractive conference programs as well as all related promotional materials such as flyers, EDMs, website
