Our client, a globally renowned marketing agency is looking for an experienced talent to lead their client servicing team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the client servicing team and report to the head of AS
• Manage the CRM campaigns of clients', develop and accountable for the profitability of the accounts
• Responsible for new business growth, as well as ad hoc projects
• Supervise, manage and nurture the team

Qualifications and Requirements 

• Degree holder in Marketing or Business related field
• 15+ years of experience in Account Servicing for CRM, or BTL, in marketing, advertising or CRM agency
• P&L management experience
• Proven record in account profitability and successful delivery
• Experience in handling Hotel and Retail accounts is a plus
• Fluent to native English is a must
