Job Description

Role Summary:

This role is to develop business and enhance product performance for new overseas markets assigned by management .

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze sales performance in overseas markets to identify ideas for driving sales growth.
  • Work with product teams for product review in the whole product development cycle and lead Overseas Business teams for management presentation and reporting.
  • Conduct product and sales reviews for major markets and support similar process in other markets. Be the process owner of Test Program for execution in overseas market.
  • Monitor the implementation of product strategies in major markets and make sure advice is understood and going to be executed in other markets.
  • Recommend overseas markets in buying & selection, supported by analytical findings and latest product direction from HQ, take lead as the Buy Trip process owner.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor and ensure brand image consistency.
  • Conduct market research to investigate local product needs from markets.
  • Manage and coach the team members.

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines
  • 8 years experience gained from Fashion Retail industry in product management and buying fields of which at least 3 years at managerial level
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong product knowledge, business acumen and integrity
  • Assertive, independent, mature, self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Manager
