The successful candidate will be responsible to assist the Line Manager to develop the Africa trade for maximizing revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the focal point of contract, carry out and report on sales visits for the assigned clients;
• Secure nomination and cargo bookings with maximum contribution to the Line and the Company as stipulated from time to time;
• Develop new accounts and strengthen customer base by assuring service reliability and improving customer satisfaction;
• Liaise with Management and Asia Regional Office to identify potential clients and business opportunities;
• Monitor market trends and competitors activities;
• Any other assignment as and when assigned by the Line Manager.

 Requirements:

• University graduated or above;
• 5 years Sales & Marketing experience preferably in Shipping/Liner Industry;
• Solid experience in Africa trade services is an advantage;
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently;
• Hands-on MS Office Applications knowledge;
• Proactive and excellent communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
