RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist booking and marketing team in administrative and clerical support, including data entries, updating and filing documents, etc.
• Monitor marketing materials' inventory and logistics arrangement.
• Prepare month-end report, invoice, PO and GRN and other accounting duties.
• Event support and coordination including film festival and meet-and-greet session as required.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma or above, preferable graduated with formal administrative and secretarial training.
• 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Strong command of both English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and good team player.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fresh graduates with passion are also welcomed.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
