RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist marketing team in planning and organizing the various marketing and promotion campaigns in order to drive traffic and box office sales.
• Liaise with partner organizations in project planning and executions.
• Liaise with advertising and production house to prepare marketing materials and media buyng for both online and offline media.
• Plan and develop film festival and movie exhibition programs.
• Support marketing and promotion events, manage onsite activities and logistics.
• Prepare promotional messages or event coverages on social platforms such as Facebook, Weibo, Instagram, etc.
• Conduct market research and analysis for both new and existing projects.
• Assist in market expenditure and budget monitoring.
• Prepare accounting reports and regular reports on promotion results and marketing events.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or Business Management.
• 3 years working experience preferably in movie promotions, entertainment or PR field.
• Creative, independent, proactive, attention to details and able to work under pressure.
• Strong command of both English and Chinese.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skill.
• Good organization and prioritizing skills.
• Sound knowledge in digital and social media.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particular Powerpoint presentation.
