Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing processes and execute marketing strategies with promotion plans for various Accounting, Auditing and Consultancy services and products.
• Prepare proposal and lead sales presentations to potential clients.
• Prepare marketing and promotional material, marketing survey & analysis.
• Supervise and train up team members in Business Development.
• Passion and with enthusiasm for the Accounting and Consulting industry in general, particularly in relation to setting up companies in Hong Kong and USA.
• Build key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business and marketing.
• At least 8 years working experience with 5 years in China with proven record in management and marketing.
• Strong leadership, presentation and problem solving skills.
• Well-organized, innovative with good project management skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Knowledge in software and web software.
• Solid experienced in e-Commerce will certainly be an advantage.
• Accounting knowledge will be an advantage.
• Frequent traveling between Hong Kong and Mainland will be required.
