Our client is a Luxury Fashion retail brand. Due to rapid expansion, they are currently looking for an E-Commerce / CRM Executive to join their Digital and CRM team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Marketing Manager to develop effective communications with VIP
• Oversee and manage on-going CRM programs, activities and communications
• Manage and maintain customer database, ensure effective customer segmentation and data mining
• Generate and compile marketing reports and promotion results periodically to review effectiveness of marketing campaign
• Ensure all VIP/CRM Program applications are captured accurately and to manage all customer enquiries related to the VIP/CRM Program
• Manage social media marketing campaigns and develop effective communications with VIP based on structured communication calendar including DM, eDM, counter collaterals for targeted promotions

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder with Strong CRM / Digital Marketing experience
• Minimum 2 years of solid marketing experience in fashion / cosmetics / FMCG is preferred
• Experience with Facebook, Weibo, WeChat and mobile apps
• Organized, independent, details-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Able to manage multi tasks at the same time and under aggressive deadlines
