Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Reporting to the Managing Director of affiliate, this role will define and drive the corporate CRM strategies and goals in the affiliate, within the regional guideline
  • Perform as the key interface between the affiliate brand teams and the regional CRM team to smoothly land Global / Regional CRM strategy in the affiliate
  • Take lead in the business review process for multi-brand market specific topics to drive the achievement of CRM KPIs
  • Responsible for the affiliate’s CRM data / system roadmap; including the management of customer database, usage of the database tools by the business users and development of future CRM operation system
  • Educate brand teams and facilitate best practices sharing across brands to foster the adoption of CRM practices in overall business processes
  • Manage local CRM vendor services / internal processes in terms of database management, analysis and implementation of CRM programs
  • Manage the relationship and scope of work with the affiliate’s CRM agency to ensure proper support are given to the brands for CRM program execution
  • Provide consultation / support to Affiliate brand CRM teams regarding execution of consumer programs
  • Ensure the local analytics needs are articulated and presented to the management team and regional CRM team and the insights from the regional analytics projects are interpreted and implemented
  • Set up the right tools and Infrastructure to enable the smooth execution of campaign management process in the brand context

Requirements : 

  • University Degree or above, preferably in Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years’ working experience in a similar capacity with regional or corporate exposure, experience in retail and agency background an advantage
  • Self-driven, passionate and innovative
  • Strong analytical skills and business sense
  • Proven track record of good leadership, influencing and communication skills
  • Able to work with different stakeholders and peers in driving results
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
