Our client is a full-service event management company with mission of providing top-of-the-line, integrated event marketing services to customers. With growing business opportunities across China, they are currently looking for an Associate Account Director / Account Director to be part of their dynamic team of professionals.  

RESPONSIBILITES

• Ÿ Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve the annual sales target
• Ÿ   Oversee, lead and manage festive decoration, events and exhibition projects
• Ÿ   Key account management and maintain agency- clients relationships in a professional manner
• Ÿ   Provide strategic input for clients to achieve their business goals
• Ÿ   Act as a liaison between clients & internal counterparts - designers, projects and production team 

REQUIREMENTS

• Ÿ Degree holder of Advertising, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
• Ÿ   Min 8 – 10 years of experience in client servicing and preferably in events agencies
•    Solid experience in Festive Decoration, Exhibitions or Events is highly preferred 
• Ÿ   Excellent account servicing skill with creative marketing concept
• Ÿ   Self-driven and able to take ownership of projects across all stages
• Ÿ   Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ÿ   Result oriented and with good problem solving skills
• Ÿ   Good time management and project management
• Ÿ   Good leader and team player
• Ÿ   Ambitious and constantly encouraging the team to go beyond expectations
• Ÿ   Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Ÿ   China experience will be an advantage
