Responsibilities:

• Work with local Chinese marketing team to implement marketing function of the Group’s portfolio;
• Formulate marketing strategy for the development projects and investment properties;
• Implement sales and leasing plans;
• Conduct market positioning and product development strategies for projects;
• Conduct market research.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate or Marketing disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years of property marketing, sales and leasing experience with exposure to the PRC market;
• Knowledge of relevant PRC regulations;
• Good organizing, planning and leadership skill;
• Fluent in Putonghua and English;
