Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Executive Director, the candidate will roll out sales program and special projects to meet company annual budgeted sales target
• Establish successful channel and partner programs to recruit new accounts and maintain existing client relationship
• Stimulate sales and create brand awareness by launching various marketing campaigns
• Gather market information to implement sales strategies
• Assist in preparing business plan to fit the goals and objectives
• Assist in generating new business, formulating client acquisition tactics and expanding client base

Requirements:

• University degree with minimum 3 years sales and business development experience, preferably in the hospitality / prestige membership industry;
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, both verbal and written;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Aggressive, self-motivated, result oriented and able to work under pressure;
• Outgoing personality, presentable, sociable, hard working, a team player with a responsible attitude;
• Sound PC knowledge.
