Responsibilities:

• Prepare written materials for all marketing collaterals (e.g brochures, newsletters, customer notifications, invitations, internal & external communications) that create favorable view of the company
• Manage website content of the company and the social service organization the company has set up
• Manage content of different social media platforms
• Prepare press releases to let the public know more about the company and the social service organization
• Responsible for member recruitment for the social service organization targeting at the youth in Macau
• Prepare the promotional plan for the activities of the social service organization and put the plan into execution once approved
• Undertake translation work in both Chinese and English
• Work closely with different sub-teams within the department to achieve business objectives
• Provide support to other functions within the department such as event management or market development when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communications, Translation, English or Marketing related fields
• Good command in both spoken/written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be a plus
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• A self-starter who can work independently
• With strong interest in pursuing social service for the youth in Macau
• Outgoing and can take initiative in building up required social networks in the community
• Be ready to keep track on new writing trends
• Willing-to-learn and with can-do attitude
• Creative and proactive in proposing new ideas
• Pleasant personality with good social skills
• A good team player
• Willing to travel to Macau on regular basis
