Responsibilities:

• Handle from planning to implementation of the IT projects;
• Assist to produce timely reports on project status and related matters in an accurate manner;
• Coordinate with the project teams to streamline project reporting and implement best practice in project management;
• To handle and co-ordinate with relevant parties related to projects;
• To perform other special duties and ad hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience with solid business knowledge in IT industry;
• Self-motivated, independent, meticulous , strong sense of responsibility and a good team player;
• Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines;
• Strong presentation, negotiation, organization and troubleshooting skills;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Immediate available is preferred
