You are expected to possess the ability to lead and manage creative & impactful retail merchandising that fits the brand. You will be a key contact point to retail sales and marketing teams as well.

Job Responsibilities

• Report to Senior Manager to formulate and manage retail branding & merchandizing strategy to create extraordinary marketing results
• To liaise with internal teams, including sales and marketing teams, to deliver effective marketing communications materials for different marketing programs at our retail environment.
• To brief, manage and evaluate external agencies in delivering quality and effective communications materials in a timely and cost efficient manner.
• To develop innovative communications means and visual merchandising ideas
• Be the brand champion to safeguard the brand essence in retail environment 

The Person

• Degree holder preferably in marketing or communications
• At least 5 years of working experience in marketing communications or visual merchandising, agency experience would be favourable
• Creative, strong interpersonal and project management skills, self-motivated, result-driven, able to handle multi-tasks
• Excellent English and Chinese in both written and verbal communications
