Our client, a specialized brand agency, is looking to expand their business and grow their Southeast Asia team particularly in Vietnam. This is an exciting opportunity to join an international company with a growing team and multinational culture.

Responsibilities:

• Retaining and building relationships with existing clients.
• Developing customer growth strategies, value-added solutions and drive growth and program success.
• Implementing and managing clients' loyalty programs and develops potential promotional material and lead program trainings.
• Weekly reporting and program analysis
• Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders and take part in ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• University degree in business, finance, marketing or related fields
• More than 5 years of experience in sales or account managements (international experience in a plus)
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• An understanding of the retail environment and team player with strong ability to multitask.
