Our client, a listed company is hiring Assistant Marketing Manager to join their dynamic marketing team

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Segment Manager to formulate segment strategy, business and marketing plans 
• Assist Segment Manager to drive and coordinate for intended customer privileges and customer experiences
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including database marketing, cultivation programs and even customer events  
• Drive and execute effective customer communications
• Work closely with Customer Relationship Officers to ensure an excellent customer relationship building
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth operation to deliver excellent customer experiences in racecourse venues, catering and other activities 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualification with a minimum of 7 years related experience and solid exposure in CRM
• Experiences in end-to-end customer program development – from program justification, marketing communications to program evaluation
• Experiences in development of customer and lifestyle events preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• High team spirit to work with others
• Confident, proactive, creative and detailed-minded
• Willing to work on off hour time when required
