Requirements

• Diploma or above with formal secretarial training
• 6-7 years solid legal secretarial experience in commercial or corporate finance
• Previous experience in sizable or multinational legal firms is required
• Strong in document formatting and Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication of spoken and written English
• Detail-oriented person with initiative, cheerful and positive characteristics

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Partners
• Maintain and update the daily schedules and appointments
• Responsible for formatting and editing corporate legal documents
• Handle the business meetings coordination and travel arrangement
• Prepare meetings materials and handle billing issues
