Working Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Formulate product development strategies for bank partners and broker channel. Liaise with bank partners’ sales management team and internal Product Development Team to develop and recommend suitable product solution for the channel and deliver quality product launch.
• Develop marketing promotion and sales strategies with bank partners and broker channel. Oversee the implementation of all customers promotions and sales incentive and activities. Work as a key driver and co-ordinator on all marketing and sales programmes with bank partners, broker channel and internal Marketing Team to synergize all marketing activities and promotions and ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee the development and implementation of all events to ensure maximum value is derived . Core events include Overseas Conventions for different distribution channels, Bancassurance Awards Night, regular sales congress and various sales/partners gathering/motivation events.
• Develop strategic initiatives to develop new business stream, such as mainlander strategies, and pitch new banking potential partners.
• Manage Telemarketing Team and Business Development Team to conduct data mining and analytics in order to uplift cross-selling opportunities and repeat purchase

Requirements:

• University degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance or banking industry with a minimum of 5 years in supervisory role.
• Excellent knowledge in insurance business and product development.
• Excellent Marketing knowledge
• Strong communication and presentation skills
