Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement marketing & promotion plans and ac hoc campaigns
• Plan, monitor and maintain in-store display arrangement in order to meet company's standard
• Generates ideas for display and decoration material, like poster, signage, hang signs, etc. in order to ensure consistency with corporate image
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on POS design and production, launch and follow up campaigns
• Develop and provide appropriate briefing and instruction to shop staff
• Execute revenue calculation from promotion advertisement
• Unify promotional items (posters, price tags, display shelves) in all shops
• Work closely with purchasing teams and logistics department in coordinating promotion

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in business, marketing or advertising
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in supermarket/ retail/ food industry
• Experience in project management
• Dynamic and creative to cope with fast-paced working environment
• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical skills
• Team oriented with positive attitude
• Strong problem solving skills
• Proficiency with PC application: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Photoshop
• Work outdoor occasionally
• Immediate available is highly preferred

 Candidates have less experience will be considered as Asst Marketing Manager.
