Haymarket Brand Media Asia is now seeking a capable, highly-organised and experienced Project Manager. Working across titles including Campaign, PRWeek Asia and CEI – leaders in their respective fields – the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day project management of creative solutions across print, online and email in Asia.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Revenue, your core responsibilities and KPIS will be:

• All webinar management and bespoke creative solutions across print, digital and email.
• To drive and lead specified bespoke projects as directed by either the Head of Revenue or the Brand Director.
• Booking and inventory management across print, online and email.
• Post campaign reporting
• Design, maintain and update commercial event and subscription marketing across print online, email and social media working closely with sales and marketing
• Working closely with the marketing, design and digital team on all project briefs, including commercial research/analysis for all projects and Brand events/webinars
• Support events team with all marketing collateral, including proofreading brochures, checking other printed collateral, and testing e-newsletters and micro-sites.
• Support and manage research led projects, both commercially and editorially led

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum 3 years media experience
• Previous publishing experience preferred
• Proactive and driven with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Multiplatform media experience
• Exerting enthusiasm, confidence and charisma are essential to this role as is being clear, organised and methodical in your approach to work
• High attention to detail is impeccable

• Self-motivated (ability to work autonomously)

PRIOR KNOWLEDGE

• Proficiency in relevant software applications and packages including Mac and PC, MS Office, Salesforce, Adobe Photoshop, Google analytics
• Knowledge of measures in marketing and post campaign reporting
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Online advertising
• Media environment knowledge
