Responsibilities

• To liaise with staff to ensure report is clear, complete and accurate.
• Translation of field reports from Chinese to English or vice versa and compile a comprehensive report for submission to various legal bodies and other clients.
• Preparation of a concise summary of the report and an invoice.
• Administrative tasks as required.
  
  
  

Requirements

• University graduate in Translation or Diploma in Translation related major with at least 2-3 years relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills and good sense of responsibility, team player, willing to assist colleagues
• Cheerful, energetic, initiative and detail-oriented
• Professional with good personality and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines & to work with minimum supervision
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese and to read simplified and traditional Chinese and accurate translation skills include using “Pinyin”
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Chinese processing, fast typing skills & good keyboard knowledge
• Immediately available is preferred.
