Job Description:

• Prepare daily portfolio valuations and other fund reporting
• Assist in daily fund administration and operations
• Liaise with fund administrator, brokers and prime broker
• Resolve queries from fund investors and service providers
• Handle full set of accounts for the management companies
• Assist in office administration work

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of work experience, preferably with exposure to hedge fund or finance industry
• Higher diploma or university graduates, business-related disciplines is preferred
• Able to work independently and multi-task
• Self-disciplined, proactive, accurate & detail, excellent communication skills, willing to work hard, team player
• Able to handle accounting book independently
• Proficiency in using Excel, MS Word, Chinese WP and accounting software (Peachtree), Bloomberg knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
