Job Description


Job Duties:

Provide administrative support to directors

l  Bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, data entry

l   Record cash receipts and make bank deposits

l   Direct and supervise a wide range of corporate support services such as office administration, provide a wide spectrum of PR support

l   Assist the Managing Directors where needed

l   Manage office administration, general clerical, and stocks for stationery and pantry

l   Provide effective management and efficient delivery of high quality services

l   Oversee all projects relating to PR events

l   To ensure quality of service and cost control

l   Perform data entry & data updates regularly

l   Organize and distribute incoming correspondences and courier documents

l   Handle ad hoc projects as required

 

Requirements:

l   Preferably with at least 2 years experience in all-round Bookkeeping, Accounting, Office Management and corporate administration

l   Higher Diploma/Degree in Business Administration / Accounting is advantage

l   Flexible in handling and viewing things from different perspectives

l   Able to work independently as a leader, and participate in team work

l   Proactive, committed and passionate at work (very important!)

l   Good communication and interpersonal skill, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

l   Strong leadership skills and ability to manage all staff

l   Well-organized, independent, mature, resourceful

l   Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

l   Ensure appropriate controls are in place for smooth office management and administration

l   Maintain office supplies, office procurement and office maintenance

l   Provide support throughout scope of responsibilities including employee relations, manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, performance management in a sizable company

l   PC skills using Word / Excel

l   Fluent in both written and spoken English, Chinese, Conversational Mandarin

l   Experience in Account knowledge is preferably

l   Immediate available is preferred
