Responsibilities & Requirement:

• Assist the RA team to Handle product registrations; ensure timely approval on medical devices
• To cultivate close relationships with government agencies as needed, in order to influence and respond proactively to the development of laws and regulations governing product registration and quality related issues.
• Coordinate and compile the documents required for license renewal, change and regulatory submissions.
• Prepare and submit vigilance report to government authorities when necessary.
• Handle product complaint in and the related quality activities.
• Handle the tracking/control systems i.e. SAP, RAD
• Compile reports for management and ensure a systematic filing and documentation system
• Degree holder in Medical Science, Biomedical, Bio Engineering, or any related Science subject
• 3 years solid experience in handling product registration in the medical field
• Detail minded and willing to work extra mile to create a win-win situation
• Pro-actively taking up responsibilities
• Fluent spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
